Speech Contest Students Prepare Duets for Diocesan Speech Contest in April

The Diocesan Speech Tournament will be held this year on April 20th, Saturday, at Bishop Kelley High School.  Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m.  Students will compete in Original Oratory, Standard Oratory, Serious Prose, Humorous Prose, Serious Poetry, Humorous Poetry, Dramatic Duets, and Humorous Duets. The fifth through eighth grade Speech Contest classes have been working hard since January in preparation for the tournament. We have a wide variety of talent, and are very excited about the upcoming event.
