Welcome back to a new school year! I am very excited about Speech and Drama this year. The schedules for all four quarters of speech and drama are posted.
As usual, we will begin our school year with Speech I for 5th/6th and Speech II for 7th/8th.
Students will learn how to prepare several different types of speeches. They will learn how to do research, prepare handouts, create colorful "Attention Getters" and other displays, prepare a written speech, and then orally present the speech.
